Marc has over 20 years of experience as an IT professional, working in both large enterprise and small business environments. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Arizona State University and an MBA in Management Information Systems from Western International University. Under his leadership, Partner Systems has developed into a highly respected and trusted technology resource for small businesses in the Phoenix market. He’s an Arizona native dedicated to his community. Marc has taught both undergraduate and graduate courses in both technology and business and is actively involved in his community through Faith Bible Church and other non-profit organizations.
John Schumacher
Senior Systems Administrator\IT Manager
John has been with Partner Systems for over 15 years and currently heads up our technical team. His wealth of knowledge and experience provides an invaluable asset to our team and our clients. His experience includes managing virtualized environments through VMWare and Hyper-V, network infrastructure, cloud integrations, cybersecurity and more. He is a native of Arizona and studied at Arizona State University.
Amy Merrifield
Director of Operations
As the Director of Operations at Partner Systems, Amy brings 30 years of experience in client management and operational excellence across a wide array of industries. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Southern Illinois University, Amy has developed a deep understanding of the importance of client outreach and exceptional service delivery. She leads operational strategies, upholding our commitment to the highest service standards while fostering innovation in how we approach client projects. Her ability to view challenges as opportunities has been instrumental in driving solutions that benefit both our clients and the company. In addition to managing daily operations and ensuring client needs are met in a timely, efficient manner, Amy also oversees marketing efforts and brand management. She plays a pivotal role in managing the daily operations of our staff to ensure client needs are met efficiently and on time while fostering innovation in our approach to managing client projects.
